Shane Kelleher, PA-C

Shane Kelleher is a board-certified physician associate with 10 years of experience in men's health and testosterone therapy. He earned his BS in biology with a minor in chemistry in 2012. He then attended the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate Program, where he earned his degree in 2015.


After starting his career in pediatric neurosurgery, Shane quickly changed course and fell in love with Men's Health. He enjoys building relationships with his patients and helping them take care of themselves. Shane spent 7 years collecting and organizing data before publishing in the Journal of Men's Health in January 2024.


Shane has dedicated his career to improving the state of testosterone therapy. He has used his personal experience with testosterone deficiency to create an injection system that works for 100% of patients. Shane is currently heading our trial to get a new daily spray approved by the FDA.

Brittany Douglas is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. She earned her BSN from Indiana University in 2011 and her MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.


With experience across diverse clinical settings, Brittany is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on patient education, prevention, and overall wellness. She is committed to helping patients take an active role in their health and achieve sustainable improvements in their quality of life.

Matthew Jones, PA-C

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Matthew Jones is a board-certified physician assistant with a strong foundation in medical science and patient-centered care. He earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from UT-Austin and completed his PA training at UT-RGV, where he developed a passion for evidence-based medicine and preventive health. 


He focuses on clear communication, patient education, and collaborative decision-making, ensuring individuals understand their health and feel confident in their care plans. Matthew is committed to building trust through approachable, thorough, and personalized care for every patient he serves.

Shelley Reed Pouncy is a dedicated family nurse practitioner committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. She earned her health science degree from Baylor University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Texas Woman's University.​


With a strong focus on research-based clinical practice, Shelley is passionate about helping men optimize their health through comprehensive primary care, peptide and testosterone management, preventive care, and individualized treatment plans. She strives to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and actively involved in decisions about their health.
